Italian buttercream based cakes with dense texture (not airy or fluffy), therefore, the softer the more delicious, not cold/refrigerated.

CAKE CARE
SERVING - In winter, please keep your cake at room temperature for about 3 to 4+ hours and in summer, for about 1 to 2+ hours. All depends how cold/warm your place is. The softer the cake, the more delicious, not cold or refrigerated!
MOVING- Place your cake on a level surface, like on the floor in your car (not on the seats). NOT ideal for a bicycle, motorbike or airplane trip...
STORAGE- If you have any leftovers, please keep them in your fridge (an air-tight container will definitely help!). Please do not leave it in the direct sunlight and/or heat.
