Please be advised that these hand-made macarons and hand-made Plum & Almond Cakes are gluten-friendly, not coeliac-friendly. There is a small chance of unintended cross contamination in our commercial kitchen.

ABOUT OUR HAND-MADE MINIMAL CAKE

All MINIMAL CAKES are 4" width and 2-Layer height. Italian buttercream based cakes with dense texture (not airy or fluffy), therefore, the softer the more delicious, not cold/refrigerated -  contain dairy and gluten.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Flour, dairy, egg, sugar, chocolate, fruits, edible syrups, pastry chefs hand-made fruit jams, hand-made caramels, and etc. Please feel free to contact us first if there is anything your have to avoid! x
CAKE CARE
SERVING - In winter, please keep your cake at room temperature for about 5 to 7+ hours and in summer, for about 2 to 4+ hours. All depends how cold/warm your place is. The softer the cake, the more delicious, not cold or refrigerated!
MOVING - Place your cake on a level surface, like on the floor in your car (not on the seats). NOT ideal for a bicycle, motorbike or airplane trip...
STORAGE - If you have any leftovers, please keep them in your fridge (an air-tight container will definitely help!). Please do not leave it in the direct sunlight and/or heat.
